Mechanical work is where a project stops being civil construction and starts being a functioning facility. It is also where small errors compound fastest: a spool fabricated to the wrong dimension does not stay a fabrication problem, it becomes a schedule problem for every trade behind it.
We fabricate and install piping, erect mechanical equipment, and carry out tie-ins and hook-up works, including inside operating facilities where the plant around us stays live.
Piping fabrication and installation
Shop and field fabrication with weld procedures, welder qualifications and traceability that will survive third-party inspection.
Pipeline construction
Cross-country and in-plant pipeline sections, including welding, coating, laying and testing.
Mechanical equipment installation
Pumps, vessels, exchangers and rotating equipment set, aligned and grouted to the tolerances the vendor actually specified.
Skid and structural installation
Pre-assembled skids received, positioned and connected without inheriting somebody else is transport damage unnoticed.
Tie-ins and hook-up works
Connections into existing systems planned around shutdown windows, with the permits, isolations and contingency agreed long before the window opens.
Tie-in work inside a live plant is the least forgiving thing we do. The window is fixed, the permit conditions are strict, and every hour lost is production lost for the client. We plan these to the hour, pre-fabricate everything that can be pre-fabricated, and rehearse the sequence before the shutdown starts.
This scope rarely arrives alone. Most clients combine it with one or more of our other five disciplines under a single contract, which is the point of how we are set up — one accountable company, one schedule, one person answering for the result.
