A contractor from
the Eastern Province.
Infrastructure Pillars Contracting Co. is a Saudi contracting company based in Al Khobar, working across infrastructure, industrial and heavy transport projects Kingdom-wide.
IPCC is based in Al Khobar, in the heart of the Eastern Province. This is where Saudi industry lives — the refineries, the plants, the ports, the pipelines. We did not move here to chase the work. We grew up around it, and we understand what it demands.
The company was founded by Abdullah Alhasan on a simple observation. Projects in this region rarely fail because of money or ambition. They fail because of contractors who promise fast and deliver slow, who hide problems until they become expensive, and who treat safety as paperwork to be filed rather than a decision to be made every morning.
IPCC was built to be the opposite of that. We take on infrastructure, civil, mechanical and heavy transport work across the Kingdom. We say yes only to what we can deliver. We tell clients the truth early, even when it is uncomfortable. And we finish what we start.
That is the whole idea. It sounds simple. In this industry, it is rare.
What we stand for
Five things guide every decision.
We keep our word.
A date from us means something. A price from us means something. We would rather lose a bid with an honest number than win one with a fantasy and spend a year defending it.
Everyone goes home.
Safety is not a department and it is not an audit exercise. It is the first question in every plan we make, and any worker on our sites has full authority to stop unsafe work without needing permission.
We finish.
Starting strong is easy. We are judged by how we close — punch lists actually closed, documents actually complete, site actually cleared.
We say it straight.
Good news and bad news travel at the same speed here. You will never learn about a problem last, and you will never get a problem without a proposed fix attached.
We respect the work.
Concrete, steel and machines reward people who take them seriously. So do clients.

How we run a project
Ask any client what they fear most. Surprises.
Our whole method exists to remove them. Before we start, we study the scope properly, walk the site, and build a schedule from real capacity rather than wishful thinking. While we work, you get weekly reports that say what actually happened, cost tracked against budget in real time, and quality checked at every stage instead of at the end. Before we leave, punch lists are closed, documents are complete, the site is cleared and you are walked through everything. Handover means handover.
We are registered with the Ministry of Commerce under CR 7051587736 and VAT-registered with ZATCA under 314213821300003. We build our systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 principles and follow every Saudi regulation and client standard on every site.
You can see the six disciplines we deliver, or read about the heavy transport capability we own rather than rent.
Work with us once.
That is the whole invitation. Send us a scope and see how we handle it — the questions we ask, the dates we give, and whether they hold. The rest follows from there.
