Six lines of work.
One accountable team.
Infrastructure, civil, mechanical, precommissioning, heavy transport and procurement — delivered by one Saudi contractor, under one schedule, with one person answering for the result.
Most industrial projects in the Kingdom need three or four of these disciplines at once. The usual answer is three or four contractors, three or four schedules, and a client left holding the gaps between them. Every interface between two contractors is a place where a date can quietly slip and nobody owns it.
We are set up the other way round. Clients hire us because they get the whole scope from one company — and because when something goes wrong at an interface, there is no argument about whose interface it was.
What follows is what each discipline actually involves. If you already know which one you need, go straight to it. If you are not sure, tell us the problem and we will tell you which parts apply.
Infrastructure Works
Before anything rises above ground, someone has to get the ground right. Earthworks, roads, drainage and utility networks across the Eastern Province.
Read more →Civil and Structural
Concrete does not forgive. Steel does not negotiate. Foundations, structures, industrial buildings and the finishing works that close them out.
Read more →Mechanical and Pipeline
A plant is thousands of metres of pipe and hundreds of machines that all have to agree with each other. We make them agree.
Read more →Precommissioning
Built is not the same as ready. We clean, purge, test and dry systems so that startup day surprises nobody.
Read more →Heavy Transport
Some cargo cannot simply be shipped. Every kilometre is planned before the first one is driven.
Read more →Procurement and Supply
Half of every delay story starts with material that did not arrive. We refuse to be part of that story.
Read more →All six are delivered by the same company, to the same standard, under the same safety rules. You can read who we are and how we run a project, or see the work up close.
Not sure which scope you need?
Describe the project in plain terms — site, rough dates, what has to be built or moved. We will come back within one working day and tell you which of the six apply, and honestly whether we are the right contractor for it.
