Procurement is treated as a back-office function until it becomes the reason a crew is standing idle. Long-lead items, unqualified vendors and optimistic delivery promises cause more schedule damage on industrial projects than almost anything that happens on site.
We source, qualify, purchase, expedite and deliver project materials, locally and internationally, and we track them against the construction schedule rather than against a purchase order list.
Material sourcing, local and international
Sourcing that balances cost against lead time honestly, including when the cheaper option will arrive too late to be worth it.
Vendor qualification and management
Suppliers checked for capability and record before they are trusted with a critical item, not after they miss a date.
Purchasing and expediting
Active chasing of long-lead items with real status, so a slipping delivery is visible weeks ahead instead of on the day.
Inventory control
Knowing what is on site, what is reserved and what is missing, so crews are not sent to work fronts that cannot be worked.
Delivery logistics
Coordinated with our own transport capability where the item is heavy or oversized, which removes a handover point that usually leaks time.
We tie procurement status directly to the construction schedule. If a long-lead item threatens a work front, the client hears about it while there is still time to re-sequence, not when the crew arrives and finds nothing to install.
This scope rarely arrives alone. Most clients combine it with one or more of our other five disciplines under a single contract, which is the point of how we are set up — one accountable company, one schedule, one person answering for the result.
